VIDEO: New Year’s resolution to become a busker

Waiting for Video...

Daryl-Paul Anderson, 26, from West Green, quit his full-time career and made a new year’s resolution to become a busker after growing frustrated with ‘having his soul sucked out of him’ in a job he hated.

He faced his first day at the new job on Wednesday (January 9),

He said: “I would say it’s not for everyone. I just like the freedom and I don’t really care what other people think of me.

“I think someone gave me money because they thought I was homeless which I thought was funny but some people might be upset by that.”

Daryl-Paul’s close friend Dave Trettin, 30, from Bewbush, has busked in and around Crawley for the past three years and is helping Daryl-Paul to find his feet.
