VIDEO: Parents ‘have the power’ to stay off grass verges

Waiting for Video...

Parents and residents were invited to St Francis School, in Southgate Drive, this morning to hear about the school’s campaign to stop people parking dangerously.

Headteacher Bernadette Connor explained that too many parents had been parking on pavements and grass verges when dropping off and picking up their children.

This video shows the school’s choir using song to tell parents that they have the power to help the campaign.

See next week’s Observer (published February 6) for the full story.
