Volunteers are needed to become waste prevention advisors.
West Sussex County Council (WSCC) has set up a Waste Prevention Advisor (WPA) volunteer scheme.
The council’s new advisors will act as advocates to encourage people to reduce, reuse and recycle their waste.
Volunteers must be prepared to help out at community events, give talks and help with presentations to local groups and schools.
New recruits will use an e-learning training package and training will begin in early February.
This offers people the chance to study in their own time,
