Paramedics were called after a 19-year-old woman collapsed at Moka nightclub.
A spokesman for South East Coast Ambulance Service said two crews were called to the scene in Station Way at 12.50am on Sunday (May 18).
They were in attendance for around an hour.
The woman did not require hospital treatment.
A spokesman for Moka said: “This was a medical and non-alcohol related incident.
“We acted quickly and responsibly calling both the ambulance service and the girl’s mother who was able to take her home after the paradmedics gave the all-clear.”
