Cllr Burgess was in Tilgate to draw the winning tickets in the Matthew Russo Foundation charity raffle. The foundation, which was set up following the death of seven-year-old Matthew, had raised around £30,000 to help bereaved families and children with special needs. First prize in the raffle was two tickets to New York, second prize was a week in a villa in Florida and the third prize was a week in Norfolk.
