More than £250 was raised at Crawley Town FC’s Good Friday match (April 18) for the learning disability and autism support organisation Outreach 3 Way.

The Mayor of Crawley, Cllr Bob Burgess, arranged the bucket collection at the home match against Leyton Orient.

The money raised will go towards equipment for a sensory room at Outreach 3 Way’s service in Ifield, where people with profound learning disabilities are supported. Outreach 3 Way is part of national not-for-profit support organisation Dimensions. So far, £10,930 of the £15,000 needed to equip the sensory room has been raised.
