PHOTOS: Driver fails breath test after head on lorry and car crash

A driver failed a breath test and a Horsham road closed following a head-on lorry and car crash.

Guildford Road was closed after emegency services were called to the scene near Farthings Walk at 10.50am today (Monday March 14).

Sussex Roads Police tweeted the car driver failed a breath test following the head on collision.

A South East Coast Ambulance Service spokesman said the driver was treated at the scene and taken to East Surrey Hospital with injuries not thought to be serious.

A fire service spokesman said no one was trapped in the vehicles.

The road has reopened after the BBC reported it was blocked in both directions near Rookwood Park.
