Crawley Museum Society will hold a talk on the history of a heritage railway line.

The Bluebell Railway line, an operational steam train service, was recently extended into East Grinstead.

The group invited Nigel Simpkins, who had been involved with the project, to give an illustrated history of the historic train line.

Volunteers help run the Bluebell Railway’s passenger service.

The talk will take place at Crawley Horticultural Society’s Hall on Ifield Avenue, West Green (next to the Ambulance Station).

It will start at 7.30pm on Tuesday (February 25).

The entrance fee for non-members is £3.
