Thieves and vandals damage eight vehicles in Crawley

Thieves and vandals have left eight vehicles damaged over the past week.

The catalytic converter was stolen from a Mercedes Sprinter van parked in Murray Court, Broadfield, between April 21 and 27.

An Audi parked in Shearwater Close, Ifield, had it’s windscreen smashed between 11pm on April 23 and 6.30am on April 24.

Cars parked in Beckford Way, Maidenbower, and Ifield Drive Ifield, had their paintwork ‘keyed’ overnight on April 25 and 26 respectively. A third car, in Midhurst Close Ifield, had its paintwork scratched all along passenger side between April 20 and 26.

Badges were stolen from a Ford Fiesta in Shipley Road, Ifield, on April 26 and a BMW in Friston Walk, Ifield, between 4.15pm and 4.55pm on April 26.
