Three arrests after man suffers serious facial injuries in Crawley attack

Three people have been arrested after a man suffered serious injuries in an assault in Three Bridges.

Police said a 29-year-old man was punched in the face after an altercation with three people in Stephenson Way at around 1.20am on Monday last week (October 12).

He suffered serious facial injuries.

Three people have been arrested on suspicion of GBH.

A 26-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman from Crawley have been bailed until November 12 and a 24-year-old man, of no fixed address, has been bailed until November 9.

Detective sergeant Karrie Bohanna said: “We are appealing to anyone in the area who might have seen what happened. Please contact us on 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk quoting serial 51 of 12/10.

“Alternatively contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
