Three Horley men charged with causing grievous bodily harm

Three men have each been charged with causing grievous bodily harm (GBH).

A man in his 20s was taken to East Surrey Hospital with serious injuries following an assault in Horley, said Surrey Police.

A spokesman said the incident happened at around 2am on Sunday October 19 2014 when the man intervened during an argument between two groups of people.

James Calum Condon, 20, Joe Kevin Condon, 23 and Liam John Condon, 25, all of Balcombe Road, Horley, were each on Wednesday (March 11) charged with one count of GBH, two of assault causing actual bodily harm, two of common assault and one of affray.

They were bailed to appear at South East Surrey magistrates’ Court on April 13.
