Update: Man dies after collapsing at Crawley hotel

A 60-year-old man has died after he collapsed at a Crawley hotel.

South East Coast Ambulance Service was called to the Premier Inn, Goffs Park Road, just after 6.30pm on Friday (October 16).

A spokesman for said three ambulances, two paramedic car crews and a community first responder attended.

A spokesman for Sussex Police said the man collapsed in the foyer of Goffs Park Premier Lodge.

He was pronounced dead at East Surrey Hospital.

The death was understood to have been from natural causes.
