Waiting for Video...

Volunteers sowed poppy and wildflower seeds in the town centre as part of a project to commemorate the First World War.

People were invited to sow a square metre of wildflowers each in the Memorial Gardens as part of a Let’s FACE (Focus Action for Crawley’s Environment) it! project on Saturday morning (April 5).

The stretch of flowers from Queensway to the Memorial Gates beside the County Mall has been named The Heroes Walk.
