I was most impressed by the debate of the borough council meeting on October 21 about the refugee crisis.
Councillors of both parties spoke well in the support of action to make it possible that some of the refugees seeking asylum would be welcome in Crawley. Our team has welcomed many people from many parts of the world, and it is good to see our councillors are prepared to continue that tradition.
