We are calling on the people of Sussex to walk for a world without dementia this September.
Alzheimer’s Society’s Sussex Memory Walk will take place on Saturday 19th September. Money raised from this fun community event will help some of the 27,451 people living with dementia in Sussex. We provide vital local services such as Singing for the Brain and Dementia Cafes to help people live well with the condition.
This is the first time we’ve held the walk at Petworth House and Gardens, but we hope people will be more determined than ever to take steps in support of those living with dementia.
More than 160 supporters have already registered to take part in the Sussex Memory Walk, and our aim is to raise £76,000 from the walk. Sign up by visiting www.memorywalk.org.uk
