This is great news and about time. What a ludicrously silly idea to put this into action in the first place. This, in my eyes, should be overturned permanently, as this in my oppinion just promotes fly tipping. I have seen a huge increase in the amount of disguarded rubbish since charges have been in place, and in turn this must cost a small fortune in collecting and disposing of properly.

Whereas without the charges residents are more inclined to take to the refuse tip themselves for disposal.
