LETTER: Stamp support

A big thank you to everyone who has saved and sent me their postage stamps over the past 12 months.

To any new readers, don’t throw them away. It only takes a few seconds to tear a stamp off the envelope so please get into the habit of saving them for the Lullaby Trust (www.lullabytrust.org.uk). Funds raised from their sale supports this charity to maintain life saving research into Sudden Infant Death Syndrome which still shatters over 500 families yearly in the UK. It also helps them to provide support for bereaved families, including their CONI (Care of the Next Infant) scheme and to promote expert advice on Safer Baby Sleep. It can mean the difference between happiness and heartbreak for countless families. Your contributions, however large or small, are always welcome.
