Crawley begin the second half of the season in second place having founds some rare away form to beat Crowborough on their own turf.
Boro gave away a penalty for James Bonny to slot the first of two of his kicks for the day.
Some brilliant flanker work which saw Boro’ score a well deserved first try.
Winger Christian Lodge into space who ran some 40 metres before supplying a final pass to Nick Goss who scored the first of Crawley’s tries. James Bonny failed to convert leaving the score at 8-5 to Crowborough.
Dan Crumpling placed the ball over the line James Bonny nudging the converson over, taking Crawley into the lead.
A 12 metre shove from the Crowborough forwards then saw the scrum half dot the ball down with the conversion coming straight afterwards.
Crowborough threw everything at Crawley, as they pushed forward in numbers and positioned themselves deep into the Crawley half.
A penalty was soon awarded and the scores were levelled at 15-all.
In the 76th minute the oldest player on the field and new assistant coach Guy Young ran 35 metres to score in the corner, winning the game in an emphatic display of team-work.
