Pagham 118-10

Bridges gained a much-needed seven-wicket win against Pagham – and Matt Blandford (5-35) and Conor Golding (77 not out) stood out.

Acting captain Olle Blandford won the toss and elected to bowl due to the extra grass, and his decision was backed up by another superb bowling display.

Matt Blandford and Victor Davies bowled a fine new-ball spell which was dangerous and restricting.

Matt got his fourth wicket when Dyer top edged a pull to Floyd at one leg, Dyer got some much needed edgy runs totalling 24 after Pagham were 20-4.

Burner Hogg also played a frustrating and lucky innings for his 39. Blandford came on with Mike Rose at the other end and got two in an over and a third a few overs later, with Rose taking two good catches.

Rose got one of his own as Hogg slogged to Grazer in the deep. The last wicket stand hung around for a few overs but Blandford bowled Hayden to get his fifth wicket.
