Crawley Town head coach Dermot Drummy is expected to tell the players who will be staying on for next season today.

So far only three players: Gwion Edwards, Joe McNerney and Simon Walton have contracts for next season.

However Drummy has started having meetings with the players and expects to complete them on Monday.

He said: “There will be changes. There will definitely be changes that is obvious.

“It’s can I get the type of player I want? Everyone says ‘do you know the league?’ and that you have to play a certain way, and that’s fine. I understand that.

“But I will get players who can play that certain way if we need it and can play the way I want to play as well.

“Monday will be the end of the list of the players we are keeping and letting go.

“All these players will know by Monday what’s happening with their future.”
