CRAWLEY Town chief executive Alan Williams is looking forward to a bumper pay day for the club after they drew Premier League team Stoke City in the 5th Round of the FA Cup.
He reckons the game could well attract TV coverage which could mean plenty of cash flowing into the Reds coffers.
Speaking from a crowded and noisy Redz bar packed with fans at Broadfield Stadium he said: “It’s going to be difficult - we’ve got a home game to organise now which hopefully we’d like to think is going to be televised.
“A Premiership club is coming to Crawley so we can’t be too unhappy with that!
“We’ve got three weeks of a lot of hard work which all starts tomorrow morning. We could make a quater of a million pounds from the TV rights alone plus the ticket sales and prize money.”
