Sarah said: “Many artists have found great creativity in the lockdowns and restrictions. For instance, Julian Bell, having spent several years focusing on frenetic London life, turned to the landscape around his studio for his forthcoming solo exhibition Plain.

“After last year’s postponement, I’m pleased to say that Inside Out, the solo exhibition of new paintings by Jane Hansford, will take place in June: enigmatic imagined portraits, glimpsed interiors, landscapes and gardens contemplated.

“There is much to look forward to in the group exhibitions. I’m delighted to be showing once again the art of Kathleen Mullaniff, Nick Bush, Chris Gilvan-Cartwright, Rachael Plummer and Geoff Hands alongside gallery artists.

“There will be new outdoor sculpture by Keith A Pettit.”

Sarah’s interest in art grew through time spent in museums and galleries. After starting working life in journalism, she re-trained as an art historian at Birkbeck College, University of London.
