Bexhill Artists Workspace (BAW)

LOCAL artists will be holding their annual Spring Exhibition at St Barnabas' Church on Saturday, April 26 (10am-4pm) and Sunday, April 27 (noon - 4pm).

Admission is free and there will be refreshments available for those who come to view the wide variety of art and craft talent.

We will also be taking part in the St Peter's Patronal Festival in the Old Town exhibiting alongside Bexhill Photographic Society on Saturday/Sunday, June 28 and 29.

Members are displaying their work locally too in the Lemon Tree caf, Western Road, The Bookshop in St Leonard's Road and in the Old Town Surgery.

BAW begins its summer series of events with outdoor workshops held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month beginning in May (13th) meeting at 2pm in the foyer of the De La Warr Pavilion.

New members always welcome.

We welcome all artists - some of our members are professional but some have just taken up art and we offer a variety of workshops to learn new media such as watercolours, portrait, acrylics and life drawing.
