Bexhill Association of National Trust Members

THE Bexhill Association of National Trust Members met for one of its lecture meetings on March 8 when Mrs Julia Page gave an illustrated talk on the subject of 'Landscapes in History'.

Mrs Page is an art historian and has travelled extensively in Europe visiting all the major art galleries. She spoke extensively of the various art movements through history and showed a number of slides of the works of famous artists like Turner, Constable, Corot, Pissarro, Monet and Cezanne.

The next meeting of the Association will be on Saturday, April 12 at the St Peter's Community Centre starting at 2.45pm. The speaker on this occasion will be Mr Christopher Rudd talking about London's Squares, Parks and Gardens in the North and East of London.
