Crawley Cineworld hosts Guardians of the Galaxy regional premiere

Hundreds of invited guests had the chance to view a summer blockbuster film several days ahead of official release last night (Thursday July 24).

Keen comic book fans turned up for the premiere.

Cineworld Crawley played host to the prestigious regional premiere of the latest Marvel movie Guardians of the Galaxy.

The various guests included winners of this website’s own competition.

The film was screened in the cinema’s impressive IMAX screen, the only one in Sussex.

This latest in the Marvel series that includes Captain America, Thor, Iron Man and The Avengers, stars Chris Pratt who teams up with a band of alien misfits to save the galaxy.

The cast also includes Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Dave Bautista, Benicio Del Toro, John C. Reilly and the voices of Vin Diesel and Bradley Cooper.

The film is on general release on Thursday July 31. Booking is open for tickets at Cineworld Crawley.
