The cinema, located at Brighton Marina, has added a brand-new visually-immersive ScreenX auditorium plus an on-site Starbucks.

Karen Phillips, general manager of Cineworld Brighton, explains “Cineworld Brighton’s guests will be invited to enhance their cinema experience unlike ever before. ScreenX is the world’s first multi-projection cinema technology that extends the cinema screen to the side auditorium walls, creating a 270-degree movie viewing experience that surrounds the audience in their seat.

“With the film extended beyond your peripheral vision, every action will play on your emotions more than ever before, giving you a truly atmospheric experience when watching your favourite films.

“The refurbished cinema will also debut a new Starbucks, refurbed standard screens with new seats, and state-of-the-art updates to the foyer and concessions stands where customers can purchase a selection of their favourite movie snacks.

“And to make the launch of this new look cinema extra special, Cineworld Brighton has revealed some exciting offers that will be available from opening day, including classic film screenings from just £5 in standard screening rooms, and less than £9 for ScreenX. From opening ScreenX will be showing epic favourites Bohemian Rhapsody and Black Panther.”

Karen added; “We are looking forward to welcoming back cinemagoers to our better than ever, newly refurbished cinema and we are delighted to be adding a ScreenX to our existing offering. With this new addition we can offer the local community the opportunity to experience film like never before.’’
