He said: “It is going to be wicked. It’s our first proper gig where our fans will hear all of our songs rather than just two or three of them.”

The former Forest School and Richard Collyer College student auditioned for the band after his X Factor journey ended in 2014 and said he got on well with the rest of the band straight away.

He added: “It was the break I needed. I was always singing in my bedroom and nothing was happening. It has been surreal but I’m loving it.

“My life has changed massively. I don’t do anything I used to do and I don’t see my friends or family much now. I spend most of my time in London with the band or my manager.

“I have missed my family and friends a lot but they are all really supportive and think it’s great.”

They will be releasing their first album Crash The Party later this year which they recorded at The Chocolate Factory recording studio in North London with producer and Mobo award winner Tre Jean-Marie.
