Lou promised a fascinating show reflecting the students’ varied and rich life experiences.

“The Art and Design Access programme is specifically tailored for mature students wishing to return to education. From circus performer to yacht master, the students’ diverse backgrounds have enriched and inspired some very imaginative and distinctive pieces.

“Many of us are now going on to university, and this show is an opportunity to acknowledge that this is where it started!”

Student Lesley Blakelock said: “This show is about us, the students, who we are, and where we are going.”
