Take your treasures to this year’s Horsham Fayre

The Horsham Fayre takes place on Sunday, June 1, when the French market returns together with vintage stalls and the Vernon Ward Antique Roadshow.

The Roadshow is a new addition to the Fayre this year.

People are invited to bring along their treasures for valuation by leading antiques expert, Vernon Ward, in return for a donation to St.Catherine’s Hospice.

This is an exciting first for Horsham Town Centre and Vernon, based in Sussex, is delighted to have been approached to provide his services to raise valuable funds for such a great local charity.

The Vernon Ward Antique Roadshow, established over 30 years ago, has raised thousands for charity and makes regular visits to many venues in the South. Vernon is well known for discovering real treasures, including a Fabergé pendant bought along to one of his shows last year at Lewes.

The Roadshow has no affiliation with the BBC but since booking Vernon, the town is excited to see that Cash in the Attic is also joining the town activities on Sunday, June 1, to bring their roadshow to Swan Walk while Vernon Ward will be in the Carfax with the Vintage and French markets.

France at Home is one the South’s favourite visiting markets with delicious foods together with unique French homeware and gifts.

Vintage traders will be alongside the French market offering vintage furniture, jewellery and clothing.
