Entertaining Angels, written by Richard Everett and directed by Clive Greig, is at the group’s Horley theatre from Tuesday, April 28, to Saturday, May 9 (7.45pm).

A classic English vicarage garden, complete with a grass-banked stream and willow, is home to clergy wife Grace and is where she has spent a lifetime on her best behaviour.

Now, following the death of her husband Bardolph, she is enjoying the new-found freedom of being able to do and say exactly as she pleases.

But the return of her eccentric missionary sister Ruth, together with some disturbing revelations, forces Grace to confront the truth of her marriage.

This production offers a thought-provoking comedy filled with sharp-edged humour and probing wit.

Tickets cost £10 (members £8.50) from the box office on 0333 666 3366. Phone bookings incur a fee of £1.50.

Tickets can also be booked on the company’s official website at archwaytheatre.co.uk/tickets.
