Wivelsfield Little Theatre still going strong after 50 years

Wivelsfield Little Theatre is celebrating its 50th anniversary on Saturday, September 27, with an open invitation to the community to an exhibition of memorabilia.

The show includes free tea with home-made cakes and takes place in the Renshaw Room of Wivelsfield Village Hall from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.

Wivelsfield Little Theatre now has the largest membership in its history and, in addition to two productions in the year (spring and autumn), holds monthly social activities, which are enthusiastically supported.

The next show, which will be the theatre’s 100th production, is ’Allo ’Allo, which runs from November 19 to 22.
