Video: International Women’s Day celebrated
WISBOROUGH Green women - and men - raised more than £700 for Oxfam in celebration of International Women’s Day at the Village Hall last Saturday.
Visitors were treated to a coffee and cake morning, yoga, afternoon tea, a zumba class and raffle, raising £734.16 for women’s projects run by Oxfam.
Tabitha Allfrey, who jointly organised the event, said: “The day was a real success and Heather and I are definitely thinking of doing the same thing next year.”
