A spokesman said: “Whilst service will still remain a priority, all restaurants will be implementing the highest standards of health and safety, ensuring both guests and employees will be dining and working in confidence and in a safe environment.

“Measures for guests will include thermal cameras for temperature checks on arrival and new seating arrangements in line with Government social distancing rules. “All surfaces will be freshly cleaned before and after each use, and professional deep cleaning and disinfecting of each restaurant will take place on a daily basis.

“Dedicated members of staff have been appointed to ensure that health and safety is at its highest standard on an on-going basis.

“For staff, the restaurants have adapted shift patterns to allow teams to return to work safely. Each restaurant has also implemented tracking software for all employees, logging daily temperature readings over a seven-day rolling period.”

The spokesman added: “The restaurants’ concern is not only to give guests and staff the most positive of experiences, but also to ensure that health and safety is paramount.”
