New shop to open in Horsham town centre

Local brewery firm Hepworth and Company is to open the new store in East Street on November 26.

As well as offering Sussex ales and lagers, the shop will stock Sussex cheese, Sussex-made chocolate, jams, jellies and chutneys - and Christmas cake made with Hepworth’s own ale.

Director Christie Price said: “We may also offer local needlepoint tapestries based on beer labels - wisdom on how to do it yourself will be on hand!”

Hepworth and Co was based in Horsham for 18 years and now has purpose-built premises just outside Pulborough where it also has a shop offering takeaways and deliveries.

The new East Street shop will open at 10am on November 26.
