Developer helps fund Turners Hill school's fair

Award-winning housebuilder CALA Homes has donated £500 to Turners Hill CofE Primary School to sponsor its annual summer Fair.

The fair held last month was organised by the parent teacher association (PTA) to raise funds for the school.

Headteacher Ben Turney, said: “We are extremely grateful for CALA Homes’ support of this year’s summer fair, which will help us to raise considerable funds for our school.”

CALA Homes’ Wychwood Place development is close to the school and the donation is part of the company’s commitment to support the communities in which it builds.

Nicki Dennis, sales and marketing director for the South Home Counties, said: “We are delighted to have sponsored this year’s fair at the Turners Hill School. CALA Homes is a considerate housebuilder and we feel that it is very important for us to play an active role in our local community. All of the families who attended had an enjoyable day and we look forward to working with the school again in the future.”
