Galleria in Crawley continues to attract occupier interest despite challenging climate
The Galleria building in Crawley town centre has continued to attract occupier interest during the pandemic.
The 42,000 sq ft fully refurbished building in Crawley town centre offers Grade A air conditioned space over four floors and has seen strong letting activity, including two deals secured during the pandemic.
The building is now circa 75% let to tenants from a broad range of sectors, including marketing (RAPP/Omnicon), life science recruitment (Barrington James), financial services (Pen Underwriting) and technology (Quixant PLC). Only the Ground Floor remains available, providing up to 10,965 sq ft.
