Mr Hoad said: “Asb is very well regarded within the corporate finance community, and even though markets have been tough in recent years, Asb has always had a clear vision about what it wants to achieve. Everything is driven by identifying how you can provide value to a client, which is something that plenty of other people talk about, but very few actually implement. I’m very much looking forward to being part of such a progressive team.”

Russell Bell, head of the corporate finance team and Asb Law’s senior partner, said: “We’ve recruited strongly into the team, and after a good year it’s great to bring in someone with Andrew’s background. His experience in relation to acting for listed companies and private equity investors will be of particular value to our clients in those markets.”

Based in Crawley and Maidstone, Asb Law provides a range of legal service to business, charities and public-sector bodies.
