Authentic Indian dishes

Chef Shohidul Haque has been creating mouth-watering Indian dishes at The Viceroy for over a decade and you can try his premier Indian cuisine for yourself.

When owner Abdul opened The Viceroy 36 years ago, he wanted to share his passion for food with a unique dining experience and the perfect mix of ingredients and spices.

The Viceroy’s aromatic curries, which tantalise the tongue, include signature dishes iCoconut Chicken Lasan and Dixit Duck Surprise. For tasty alternatives, try their Caribbean fish and lamb shank dishes, while they still also serve more mainstream curries.

They are also unusual in offering a separate menu with vegan and gluten-free options, to cater for all tastes and dietary requirements.

Abdul added: “When we recently won the Curry Life Best Chef Award we were so proud to be recognised for all the hard work we put into this restaurant. It meant so much because we won it with votes from our customers, who enjoy our meals and appreciate our service.”
