On the first floor the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, fitted cupboards and French windows to a balcony which goes round the first floor and has lovely views over the garden and open farmland beyond. The second bedroom is also double, south facing with fitted cupboards and en-suite shower room.

A lovely large garden surrounds the property. A gravel driveway leads to the house with lawn either side and mature pines and shrubs. To the rear a wide decked area is adjacent to the house again very in keeping and gives a sheltered courtyard for eating and barbequing. Beyond is a lovely sweeping lawn with mature trees stretching down to open farmland and distant views of the harbour and downland beyond.
