Eagles back at Worthing

The Illegal Eagles have completed their line-up with the addition of Garreth Hicklin since their last visit to Worthing.

They return with Garreth on board and with a new collection of The Eagles’ songs on Saturday October 20. (Pavilion Theatre, starts 7.30pm).

Garreth joined founder members Phil Aldridge, Keith Atack, Jeff Green and Darin Murphy in 2010. His passport was his ability to capture the emotion and sound of Don Henley’s vocals.

To date the band members have performed with artists as diverse as Ben E King, Edwin Starr and Boney M as well as Echo and the Bunnymen and Gary Numan.

Expect them to perform Hotel California, The Last Resort, Life in the Fast Lane, Tequila Sunrise, One of These Nights and Lyin’ Eyes as well as songs from The Long Road Out of Eden including Waiting in the Weeds, No More Walks in the Woods and Busy Being Fabulous.

Phil Aldridge said: “In 1980 The Eagles took a 14-year vacation and returned with the now classic album Hell Freezes Over but we have no intention of taking any time off, and are looking forward to continuing our Heaven Heats Up tour in Worthing.”
