Selsey Festival gets into full swing next week with a wide range of events celebrating the festival’s tenth birthday.

Monday, August 6. Nearly New Baby And Childrens’ Goods Sale. Limited stalls available at £6.50. Contact 01243 603835 for information. Refreshments available. 10am-1pm. Selsey Centre. Admission to buyers free.

Monday, August 6. Bouncy Castle Day. A range of bouncy castles and slides courtesy of Bouncabout. Fun for kids from toddlers up to 12 years of age. Refreshments available. 10am-3pm. Selsey Centre. Admission £2. Come and go all day.

Monday, August 6. Selsey Olympics Event – Stoolball For All Ages, 6.30pm Recreation Ground. Admission free.

Monday, August 6 and Tuesday, August 7. Selsey Olympics Event - Football For Children. For children ages 7-14. 10am-3pm. The Academy Sports Hall. £3 per day. Book on 01243 603983.

Wednesday, August 8 and Thursday, August 9. Selsey Olympics Event – Cricket For Children. For children ages 7-14. 10am-3pm. Recreation Ground. Admission free. Book on 01243 603983.

Wednesday, August 8. Keep Fit For The Not-So-Fit. Exercises to music whilst seated.10am-10.50am. A gentle exercise session split between standing and moving and 40 minutes floor exercises on mats 11.15am – 12.15pm. Call physiotherapist Glenda Baum on 01243 601090 to reserve places.
