A collision on the A27 near Emsworth is causing significant disruption for motorists heading towards Chichester and West Sussex.
One lane has been closed eastbound after an accident at the junction with the A259 Havant Road, causing huge tailbacks.
Traffic reports show congestion stretching back several miles, almost as far as Portsmouth.
