Accident? No, just checking how much water I’ve used
THIS isn’t a tasteless photo of someone who has fallen over on the pavement.
In fact it’s Burgess Hill resident Ray Young attempting to read his own water meter.
One passer-by, though, did think Mr Young, 78, was in trouble and stopped to see if he was all right.
