Appeal after man stabbed in Angmering

The victim was with a man and woman and all three had crossed the level crossing, walking north on Station Road after visiting the nearby Co-Op supermarket, when the assault occurred at 8.30pm.
The victim sustained a small stab wound to the abdomen, which required hospital treatment.

Hide AdHis assailant is described as a white man, aged 18 to 25, 5ft 8in to 5ft 11in, of slim build build and with dark hair.
He was wearing a black coat, black scarf, and black or dark-coloured jeans.
He was riding a mountain bike and had a dark coloured draw-string bag on his back.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or who has other information is asked to email [email protected] or call 101, quoting serial 1414 of 23/02.
