Arun leaseholders invited to meeting

The event, the first the council has held in this form, will take place from 10am to 1pm on Wednesday at the Arun Civic Centre, Maltravers Road, Littlehampton.

It has been organised by Arun's housing service with the Arun Tenants and Leaseholders' Organisation.

Visitors will be able to find out how anti-social behaviour is being tackled, have their say on housing issues, meet representatives from the organisation and the council's contractors Connaught and Robert Heath, and pick up some tips on healthy eating.

Robin Brown, Arun's cabinet member for housing and community care, said: "This is the first year we have held an open day like this and it has come about through feedback from previous years' conferences.

"We hope people will find this event a great place to get advice and information in a relaxed and friendly environment."
