Asda gives a helping hand to young and old
The younger and older generations in Crawley will benefit thanks to the work of community life champions from Asda.
Volunteers from the supermarket cleared and spruced up an open space in Shackleton Road, Tilgate, which is shared by Age UK and Tykes Pre-school. Pauline Payne, of Asda, said: “The area was really over grown and not in a good shape so we went along and did as much as we could to tidy it up and make it look pretty. They still need donations of slabs/garden furniture so if any body has any spare that would be great.”
