• 1 Heatherdune Road – replace timber sash windows and door with pvcu windows and door in the same style as those already replaced in property.

• New Look, 32 Devonshire Road – non-illuminated fascia.

• 10 Cherry Tree Gardens – single storey side extension to form dining room and shower room including raised decking.
