A bid to build 193 homes in the former Ifield Community College site has been submitted.
Crawley Borough Council is expected to make a decision on the application to build on the disused 3.64 hectare site on Lady Margaret Road, Ifield on September 11.
Under the plans, 77 of the homes will be affordable.
Vehicle access from Lady Margaret Road and public open spaces will be created.
