Boost for Eastergate cricketers
An improvement project has ensured better sports facilities for players and spectators at Eastergate Pavilion. County roads contractor May Gurney supplied labour and materials to re-surface and extend the building’s car park to provide bays for 28 vehicles.
Cricket club chairman Ian Brittain said: “The additional facilities are an invaluable boost for the future use of the club and the growing membership, ensuring safe parking for all.”
