A man accused of raping a woman in Three Bridges has been found not guilty.
Kamil Gryszkiewicz, 27, of no fixed address, pleaded not guilty to one count of rape.
He was cleared on Friday (November 20) by a jury at Brighton Crown Court.
Detective sergeant Adele Robertson from the Surrey and Sussex Major Crime Team said: “The jury must find the defendant guilty beyond reasonable doubt and if not able to do so must find the defendant not guilty. We respect the decision of the jury.”
